1- Pop Star Reblooming Hydrangea
This endless summer Hydrangea variety is appropriate for cut flowers.
Scientific name: Hydrangea macrophylla ‘Bailmacsix’
Pop Star® Bigleaf Hydrangea is a compact hydrangea that blooms in less room from top to bottom, all season long. You can plant it in a decorative container on your patio or porch. I also recommend planting Endless Summer Pop Star® Bigleaf Hydrangea along your garden border or as a focal point in the landscape.

2- Summer Crush® Bigleaf Hydrangea
Scientific name: Hydrangea macrophylla ‘Bailmacfive’
A compact endless summer Hydrangea variety that only grows to a mature size of 18 to 36 inches tall and wide, so you can count on it to stay small, neat, and tidy throughout the season with the stunning big raspberry red or neon purple blooms. I think the Summer Crush® in a decorative container is ideal for your patios, deck, entry, and more.

Caring Tips
Soil: Average, medium moisture, well-drained soils. Mulch to conserve moisture, and buffer soil temperatures. Generally, a soil pH below 5.0 results in deep, vivid blues, and as the pH rises, the flowers range from blue to lavender to mauve to a vivid deep pink at pH 7.0 (neutral). The pH determines the availability of aluminium in the soil; this element is more readily available in acid soils, and this availability results in the blue flower colour.
Since phosphorus ties up aluminium in soils, using a fertilizer low in this nutrient will aid in attaining blue flowers. If pink flowers are desired and your soil is acid, simply add lime to raise the pH and use a balanced fertilizer. Aluminium sulfate will lower pH if blue flowers are desired.
Light: Most varieties tolerate full sun in the north, but benefit from afternoon shade. Tolerates full sun only if grown with consistent moisture. In the south, plants require afternoon shade. Intolerant of drought, with foliage tending to decline considerably in dry conditions.
Water: Water to keep soil moist, but not wet.
Spacing: 3-4 ft.
Fertilizing: Fertilize once in spring with a fertilizer designed to encourage blooms (such as 15-30-15).
Winterizing: Remove and destroy any fallen foliage that was infected by powdery mildew.
Maintenance & pruning: This variety blooms on both old and new wood. In spring, only prune out dead wood once the new growth has emerged.
3- BloomStruck® Reblooming Hydrangea
Scientific name: Hydrangea macrophylla ‘PIIHM-II’
BloomStruck® Bigleaf Hydrangea provides an unforgettable impact on the landscape. This reblooming hydrangea adds colour to the garden all season long with vivid rose-pink or blue-purple hydrangea flower heads, depending on your soil pH.

Caring Tips:
- Soil: Average, moist, well-draining soils. Generally, a soil pH below 5.0 results in deep, vivid blues, and as the pH rises, the flowers range from blue to lavender to mauve to a vivid deep pink at pH 7.0 (neutral).
- Light: Part-sun (4-6 hours sun). They especially enjoy the morning sun and afternoon shade.
- Water: Water to keep soil moist, but not wet. Not tolerant of drought, so don’t allow the soil to dry out.
- Spacing: 3-4 ft.
- Fertilizing: Generally not required but can be applied in early spring to promote new growth.
- Winterizing: Remove and destroy any fallen foliage that was infected by powdery mildew. Protect with a layer of mulch around the plant.
- Maintenance & pruning: This variety blooms on both old and new wood. Cut back stems by August by about half if plants are growing too tall. Remove some of the oldest branches at ground level to thin out the shrub as needed. In spring, only prune out dead wood once the new growth has emerged.
4- Original Reblooming Hydrangea
Scientific name: Hydrangea macrophylla ‘Bailmer’

Caring Tips:
- Sunlight: Choose a location with morning sun and afternoon shade. If you live in zone 6 or lower, the more sun the better. Avoid planting your hydrangeas in a heavily shaded spot.
- Watering: Give your Hydrangea an inch of water each week. This includes any rainfall. If you’re not sure when and how much to water, simply check the surrounding soil about 2 inches down for dryness and water until it feels moist.
- Fertilizing: Apply a good time-release fertilizer in summer (only one time during the year). Discontinue fertilizing if the plant appears wilted or unhealthy.

As you can see in the picture and find out from its name, the Blushing Bride Bigleaf Hydrangea has pure white flowers that turn to blush pink shades in mature. As a horticultural consultant, I often recommend this endless summer Hydrangea variety to provide harmony and ease in the gardens as a focal point to separate louder colours.
The gorgeous big round pure white blooms of Blushing Bride Bigleaf Hydrangea are also appreciated in decorative containers, for cut flower arrangements, and a favourite for wedding bouquets and centrepieces.
